400 South:

Take Exit 14 (Cumming/Sugar Hill). At end of exit ramp, take left at light. Go to second light and take a right onto Forsyth Connector At the first light make a right onto Northside Forsyth Drive. We are in Medical Building 1100, Suite 310.

400 North:

Take Exit 14 (Cumming/Buford) bear right towards Buford. At the first light take a right on Forsyth Connector/ At the next light take a right on Northside Forsyth Dr. We are located in the 1100 Building , Suite 310.

From 985:

Take Exit 4 (20 West) going towards Cumming/Sugarhill. Stay on this road for at least 13 miles (You will come to a busy intersection in Cumming: O'Charley's, Home Depot, Atlanta Bread Company will be on your right and Hampton Inn and a BP Connect will be on your left). At this intersection, Marketplace Blvd, you will take left onto Forsyth Connector At the first light make a right onto Northside Forsyth Drive. We are in Medical Building 1100, Suite 310.
